Important Shipping Notes
Once you have placed the order and made the payment, the system automatically starts the delivery procedure for the product/s. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated in the shopping cart before you accept the purchase.
Promotions offering free shipping may be activated.
It is possible to track the shipment and the package will arrive with our transport document which certifies the conformity of the order and serves for the 2-year guarantee of all our products.

All our items are shipped packed in perfect condition, and are quality controlled and double checked before being sent.
The order will be entrusted to the courier in 24/48 working hours. Since the courier picks up the goods at our warehouse, delivery will take place in the delivery time chosen by the customer, except in disadvantaged locations.
All our shipments are INSURED.
MacBooks, notebooks or other particularly delicate products have a longer lead time due to the care and precautions we reserve in packaging the product to avoid damage.
The order status will be updated in the afternoon of the day on which the courier collects it, with the relative sending of the tracking to the email provided during the order.
All orders placed during public holidays, including Saturdays, will be processed on the following working day.
The products are shipped inside a cardboard box, packed with internal protective accessories and with the labels highlighted on the box to immediately identify the shipment. Inside you will find the Global Store delivery note which is valid for the purposes of the 2-year warranty as per European provisions.
Subsequently they are placed inside the envelope of the chosen courier as it certifies that the package is insured. If there is tampering with the envelope of the chosen courier, please report it promptly to the courier and send us an email to the following address email@example.com. Otherwise the insurance will not be activated.
IN CASE OF DAMAGED PRODUCT
The procedure in case of receiving a damaged item is as follows:
OPEN A COMPLAINT DIRECTLY TO SUPPORT@GLOBAL-SHOPPING.EU WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE AND ATTACH THE FOLLOWING PHOTOGRAPHS:
- PHOTOGRAPH OF THE PACKAGE WHERE THERE ARE EVIDENT SIGNS OF DAMAGE
- PHOTOGRAPH OF PROTECTIVE MATERIAL INSIDE BOX
- SOME PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE TO THE PURCHASED PRODUCT
- PHOTOGRAPH OF THE LABELS PRESENT ON THE PACKAGE
- PHOTOGRAPH OF THE TRANSPORT DOCUMENT RECEIVED BY THE COURIER
Once the courier's responsibility for the damage has been defined, we will send you the labels for the collection of the product (which must be packed in its original box with the packing material included). Shipping costs are entirely borne by Global Store International Shop.
Subsequently, the refund/replacement of the product will be issued (see return policy)
SHIPMENTS ARE CALCULATED BASED ON THE LOCATION OF DELIVERY AND THE VOLUME/WEIGHT OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED.
Shipping cost varies based on location. The purchased products are shipped and delivered in a short time in all major Italian and European locations, through safe and reliable couriers.
The delivery of the ordered goods takes place in a few working days. The different payment methods can change the shipping time, even the times concerning the passage of customs, in the case of purchases outside the EEC, can undergo delays which are not attributable to the Shop.
The date indicated may in any case undergo variations for organizational and logistical reasons and in any case does not exceed 10 working days. Once you have confirmed your order and selected your preferred payment and delivery method, Global Store International processes your order and delivers the material to the courier for shipment to your home.
At any time you can check the status of your orders on your account, from the Order Status since you will receive the tracking number which is automatically sent to your purchase e-mail box.
Some small tips for receiving the goods:
Check that the number of packages delivered correspond to what is indicated in the transport document
Check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
If possible, unpack the product immediately and check for damage
Tampering or breakage
In the event of visible tampering and/or breakage, you must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by placing the words "GOODS INSPECTION RESERVED FOR ..." (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier.
Then send us the report immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3.30 PM WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY.
You can use various payment methods to make purchases on our site: credit cards, or codes to be used as a discount on the products you wish to purchase.

Tips to avoid payment scams
Protect yourself from Internet fraud by learning to recognize scams and phishing attempts.
If in doubt, ask the recipient for more information about the purpose and security of the requested payment. To avoid payment scams:
• Do not make any payment outside one of our shops.
All payments for orders must be made through your account in the checkout in our shop.
Any request for direct payment from a third party should be considered suspicious.
• Do not send money - in cash, by bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal, MoneyGram, Postepay top-up or other means.
• Do not make a payment to claim winnings from a lottery or contest, or in exchange for a promise to receive a large sum of cash.
• Do not make a payment in exchange for a secured loan or credit card.
• Do not respond to an offer received over the Internet or by telephone if you are not sure of its veracity.
• Don't make a payment to someone you don't know or whose identity you can't verify.
• Do not reply to any email asking you to provide information relating to one of our store accounts, such as your email address and password. No Global Store group store will ever ask you to provide personal information.
