RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS AND RETURN POLICIES

Subject to the exceptions indicated below, you have the right to withdraw from the order placed, without giving any reason, within 15 days from the day you received the ordered product (or the last product, lot or piece in the case of goods , multiple lots or pieces delivered separately) or by the conclusion of the contract (including but not limited to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, such as a CD or DVD). If you have a trusted person in charge of the collection, your right of withdrawal starts from the day of delivery of the product to the person designated by you, other than the courier.

You will need to notify Global Store International Shop of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by sending an email to support@global-shopping.eu

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the relative communication is sent before the expiry of the 15-day period and that the product is returned to Global Store International Shop, at its own expense, in conditions of product and packaging intact in all their wait, under penalty of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal.

EFFECTS OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We will refund all payments received in relation to the product for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal, excluding transport costs, within 30 days from the day we received the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. We will refund by bank transfer or by issuing a shopping voucher for our shop, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product. Keep in mind that you are required to return the products to us within 15 days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal by sending the goods, perfectly packaged and never used, to Global Store International Shop, in via Dei Giovi 8D, 22060 Carimate Como Italy. You will have to bear the direct shipping costs for returning the products.

P.S.

In case of NON-acceptance of the return for one of the aforementioned violations, the costs for resending the goods to you will be at your expense.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:

- Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of supply of products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods;

- Supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery;

- Supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;

- Supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

- Supply of digital content (including applications, software, ebooks, MP3s, etc.) using a non-material medium (for example a CD or DVD) if at the time of placing the order you have expressly consented to the beginning of the execution accepting the loss of the right of withdrawal as a result of the start of execution;

- Supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;

- Returns of items on sale or gift vouchers.

Damages and Problems: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Important notes on shipments

Once you have placed the order and made the payment, the system automatically starts the delivery procedure of the product / s.

It is possible to track the shipment and the package will arrive with our transport document.

All our items are shipped packaged in perfect condition, and are double-checked before being sent.

If, at the time of delivery, there are external damages or anomalies in the packaging, the person who receives it must communicate it on the delivery note or on the proof of delivery, indicating "VISIBLY DAMAGED PACKAGE".

This is essential for the agency to accept the complaint.

If necessary, open an after-sales issue within 5 days of delivery.

2B. What should I do when I receive a shipment?

All our items leave the warehouse with packaging in perfect condition.

The first thing to do is to check that the number of packages received matches those sent.

Secondly, inspect each package externally very carefully to see if there are any signs that it has been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any signs that might suggest that the goods could be damaged.

It is mandatory to leave a note and a signature on the courier's delivery note, on paper or digital (PDA), "VISIBLY DAMAGED PACKAGE" if there are such signs.

Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then submitting images showing visible damage means the incident will automatically be rejected.
